Upon commencement of employment or transferring from one employer to another,
the prospective apprentice or apprentice must notify the Program Development
Officer to arrange for a
Memorandum of Understanding for Apprenticeship
PDF to be
signed by the apprentice, the employer and the Program Development Officer.
The Memorandum of Understanding is a legal contract, and accordingly is subject to terms, conditions and violation sanctions.
