It is important that students meet the minimum requirements to graduate from high school and to enter the post-secondary institution of their choice. For example, entrance requirements for Memorial University are different from College of the North Atlantic. The high school program is structured on a course credit basis. Students require 36 credits to graduate; however, most students complete 14 credits each year for a total of 42 credits after three years.
