Copyright Information

It is important that all educators become aware of recent changes to copyright law in Canada, and ensure that their use of copyrighted material falls within legal limits. The Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, like most others in Canada, is now operating under Fair Dealing Guidelines instead of a copyright tariff.
